Do you wish you didn't feel so overwhelmed?
Are you tired of feeling like you're wasting your life?
Has toxic theology left you suffocated by fear, shame, and guilt?
Are you desperate to believe God isn't merely tolerating you, but actually loves and likes you?
I get it. I have personally experienced the ways that our inner critic causes us to hustle for our worthiness and shrink back from telling our truth.
I completed life coach training in early 2017, and now I'm able to embrace people with an out-of-the-box approach to healing. My mission is to join with others who long to embrace wholeness by creating a healthier, happier, more peace-filled world for all of us.
I believe that when we transform ourselves and learn to listen to our brains, bodies, and spirits more effectively, we not only become more happy and successful, we become better contributors to our families, friends, and communities.
If you want to help yourself, but need a gentle nudge in the right direction, you've come to the right place. I know just how lonely a life fear, shame, and guilt can feel. I am passionate about helping you feel seen, heard, and loved.
I would love to partner with you on the sacred journey from chaos to calm.
I know your time is limited.
I know you don't want to spend time doing anything you're not supposed to be doing.
That's what these tried-and-true exercises are for, to keep you on track.
Twice per month, we'll meet via Zoom (a free web-based video conferencing app for your computer or smartphone) for approximately 40 minutes.
We'll sort through your specific needs, and then walk through your homework together.
Our energy multiplies when we work together toward the common goal of inner peace. That's why I've created a safe, affirming community, and I'd love for you to join me.
Get access to my member's only Facebook group so that every day you have a place to turn to get help from people just like you.
You won't waste any time because you're stuck on some little question or because you're having an off day. You'll have a place to turn for answers, inspiration, and feedback so you can always keep moving forward.
Getting clear on who you are and what you believe about yourself and God requires lots of interpersonal dialogue. If you're willing to do the work, you'll eventually be able to embrace your true self for the very first time.
Embracing Wholeness Coaching includes concise checklists and homework exercises, so you don't waste any of your time doing stuff you're not supposed to.
You can sit down with me for less than an hour each session and make progress because I've broken this down into tiny, doable little steps. Plus, I'm not wasting your time teaching you things you don't need to know. I've discovered the quickest route.
Imagine asking the hard questions in a judgment-free zone.
Imagine believing God not only loves you, but likes you.
Imagine rebuilding your self-worth.
Imagine loving and liking yourself.
Imagine living life on your terms.
Imagine being free.
Sometimes we're so deep into our state of drowning that we can't see where to go for air. My conversation with Steve was the guiding light to give direction to the surface. I recommend this to anyone swept away by the current of an overwhelming situation or life. Since our discussion, I have contacted a gym near me with childcare as a first step to ensuring I get time for me. I plan to utilize all of the practices offered and look forward to creating a home that shares responsibility.
"I always want to be seen and heard, to feel less crazy. I always need to feel like I my biggest dreams are possible, like I can tackle whatever comes my way. And I always need practical steps, broken into small chunks, so I can see what needs to be done to achieve my goal. Somehow, Steve Austin manages to do all three things, which is why he is an amazing wellness coach."
Steve Austin is a fantastic life coach! He's really helped me focus and get clear about what I want, and helped me make a manageable plan. If you need help reaching your goals and creating peace and space in your life, he’s your guy.
In the case of every wound he knows, Steve has turned that wound into a source of healing power. That is why he is one of the most mobilized, energized, walking witnesses of New Life I have ever known.
Steve is one of the most personable, understanding, speak-the-truth-in-love kind of individuals I have ever met. As a life coach, he is real, empathetic, and positive. Through coaching, Steve helped me break down shame, embrace the deconstruction process, and experience what messy grace is all about.
I have greatly enjoyed my discussions with Steve and am grateful for his strength, positivity, and encouragement. While he always comes with a plan for our sessions, I appreciate his ability to adjust to the needs of the client and ask the sort of questions that enable thought and growth. Every penny and hour was worth it—I cannot recommend Steve’s work highly enough...
Life coaching is one the best investments we have made for our family. Steve has the ability to help you draw up plans that fit the design for your family. and where you are in your journey. While you may come into life coaching seeking answers and advice, what you will find is that Steve has the ability to help you see that you hold most of the answers already. You just need a gentle (or sometimes straight forward) push in the right direction. Steve is that guiding force and knows what he is doing.
Steve offers himself as a companion to those who feel like they are drowning, not as a lifeguard but as a coach saying 'Hey. You can swim!'
Before I contacted Steve for help I felt frustrated and blocked. After working with him I knew how to conquer my fears. Steve is a warm and caring person who will guide you to the best version of you.
If I can take you from hating yourself to loving yourself, what is that worth to you?
If you were to stop living in fear, and discover a God who is safe, affirming, patient, and present, how much would that be worth to you?
If your self-worth grows by 50% in the next year, positively impacting your family, friendships, and career, what would that be worth to you?
