In 2017, I went from the worst shape of my life to the best shape of my life in 90 days. ​If you'd asked me to commit to going to the gym and eating right for 365 days, I would have quit before I ever began. But over the course of just 12 short weeks, working with a personal trainer, I transformed my life.
