We'll gather for one hour each Tuesday evening for group coaching, where participants will have the option to sit in the "hot seat" as Jordin & Steve (plus course participants) help process through what living with self-compassion might look like.
This is where so much of the magic happens. For the duration of the course, we'll have daily interactions in a private Facebook group where we can process together and support one another on this journey to better self-compassion.
